You get cracked executables to launch games. Cheat engine can be your friend, and is relatively simple to cheat with. But, I think you can find a copy of some Cheathappens trainers somewhere online for free. Though some trainers are free but as far as I know there are few of them.
Cheathappens trainers are generally safe imo but they are not free.
